What You'll Do

As our next reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual renewal and expansion targets
  • Qualifying and negotiating expansion opportunities reputed company existing accounts
  • Analyzing customer engagement to form accurate forecasts and have complete visibility into the renewal pipeline
  • Identifying, clearly communicating, and managing risk throughout the year through proactive touch points and developing resolution strategies
  • Leading and presenting at regular remote client meetings
  • Working cross-functionally with reputed company and Delivery teams through the customer lifecycle, including customer touchpoints, account growth, and renewals, providing transparency and accountability

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of Account Management/Sales/reputed company experience, preferably at a subscription-based or open reputed company software company
  • Achievement of retention, growth, and profitability targets
  • Understanding of customer health, as well as using data from various systems to present a holistic view of the customer experience
  • Strong understanding of reputed company techniques and strategies
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience navigating reputed company work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams
  • Extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
