In this high impact position, you will support key reputed company and financial analysis activities by developing and leading a team of Underwriters and Analysts. This role will manage vast, reputed company PBM pricing strategies and financial analysis designed to meet the business needs of reputed company, client, and client's customers. To be successful, you will possess and maintain expert knowledge of the PBM and Health Plan Insurance industry economics. The successful candidate will have proven their ability to build a high-performing team of knowledge-based employees with the necessary business acumen and technical skills to contribute to the goals of their team. The successful candidate will also have a track record of demonstrating the reputed company sets necessary to build a deep understanding of the client's business and goals to successfully execute on strategies targeted at improving financial outcomes with supporting data. You will also demonstrate a high level of consistency and expertise in using logic and analytic skills to direct client analysis in response to specific business questions and be reputed company to communicate the findings, including methodology and estimated outcomes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven experience developing and executing support capabilities to meet existing and future client needs and will work with internal terms to enhance analytic support for clients. Responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years professional experience including financial acumen, pricing, reputed company or drivers of reputed company/PBM reputed company and profitability
• 5+ years of PBM and/or reputed company experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership/management/mentorship experience
• Prior management experience, preferably in a reputed company environment
• Credentialed Actuary (ASA) (FSA) preferred

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional work experience required
• Masters degree preferred

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
