Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Legal Counsel for EMEA to support and manage legal operations across the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance across a broad reputed company of legal areas, including corporate, reputed company, employment, data protection, The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risk while enabling business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• manage reputed company legal matters across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

• Advise on GDPR compliance and data protection strategies, including incident response and privacy impact assessments.
• Support HR and operational teams on employment law issues, including reputed company, disputes, and policy development.

• Manage external counsel relationships and legal budgets across the region.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

• reputed company lawyer with a legal degree and admission to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a multinational corporate environment or top-tier law firm.
• Broad legal expertise across corporate, reputed company, employment, and regulatory law.
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR and data protection frameworks.
• Familiarity with health & safety legislation and its application in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
