The Role: As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns reputed company to our benefits offerings. You will also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to customers who express interest, but only if they desire to do so. This is not a cold-calling role, and you will work directly with union associations to provide personalized support.
