The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and other multichannel systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing phone and email support for inquiries from sales and reputed company, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
- Answering incoming requests through our multichannel system, which includes order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to blithequark's specifications and standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for reputed company orders
- Interpreting and explaining detailed information about our processes and procedures, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our products and services
- Participating in reputed company improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of reputed company and organization
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet business needs
- Providing support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time
reputed company're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Experience with reputed company and/or Systems Applications & Products (reputed company), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as Business Administration or Communications
- 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience, with a strong understanding of our products and services
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (reputed company), with a proven ability to navigate reputed company systems and processes
- Experience with PowerBI and/or reputed company, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
Compensation and Benefits
