Senior Director of Technical Program Management

YOUR IMPACT You will be responsible for the strategies and operational excellence that ensure Nuna delivers on our client commitments. This role will be accountable for tracking the flow of work throughout the company until it reaches the hands of our clients. The Operations team is responsible for holding reputed company stakeholders accountable to milestones and release timelines across multiple clients. - 10+ years experience in Operations Management and leading cross functional
teams ● Willingness to solve reputed company problems in an inclusive and collaborative way ● A passion for data analysis and systems thinking ● Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a startup-like, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute, as well as an ability to reputed company in large technology companies. ● Experience scaling a high performance cross-function Product Development organization with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration ● Experience defining and communicating strategic direction and priorities as well as the vision and strategy for the organization ● Experience working in a technical client-facing environment ● Technical leadership experience in a cross-function environment ● Experience managing budgets, including headcount and vendor relationships ● Experience working with cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred ● Experience working with fast-paced development teams ● Experience working with a large dataset with reputed company or uncleansed data ● Ability to problem-solve across multiple teams and stakeholders ● Strong communication skills ● Low ego and outcome-oriented approach ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent - MBA or postgraduate degree is a bonus.
