The Role: We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow key reputed company and MGA relationships at First Connect. This role is directly responsible for driving new business premium across our agency reputed company by strengthening partnerships, improving adoption, and enhancing the overall partner experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of reputed company and MGA partnerships
  • Build and execute strategies that increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement
  • reputed company monthly Partnership Business Reviews (PBRs) and present performance insights
  • reputed company proactive campaigns (email, text, in-app) to drive partner adoption
  • Promote assigned carriers internally through trainings, appetite messaging, and visibility pushes
  • Work closely with Account Managers to identify high-potential agencies and boost placement
  • Analyze quote/bind trends to uncover opportunities for premium lift
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing on partner needs and workflow improvements
  • Support partner expansions, new product rollouts, re-launch campaigns, and incentive initiatives
  • Maintain strong partner satisfaction and uphold First Connect’s best-in-class partnership experience

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years in the insurance industry (reputed company, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency experience)
  • Experience in national accounts, key account management, or partnership management strongly preferred
  • Thrives in an early-stage, startup-paced environment — comfortable with shifting priorities and high output
  • Highly personable and confident on camera; comfortable leading reputed company meetings daily
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys relationship building, presenting, and driving conversations
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys building processes and bringing new reputed company reputed company
  • Tenacious, organized, and great at time management
  • Data-driven — reputed company to interpret performance metrics and drive actionable insights
  • Comfortable owning high-impact relationships and influencing cross-functional teams

The reputed company pay range for the role is $105,000 – $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-reputed company factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: reputed company set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
