Associate Product Manager Department: Transformation Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Reporting To: Director, Product Management Description The Associate Product Manager will play a key role in advancing Blue reputed company’s connectivity portfolio, with a focus on Internet, Voice, and Mobile services. This role supports the full product lifecycle by coordinating cross-functional execution, monitoring and evaluating performance, and ensuring offerings align with both business objectives and customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Associate Product Manager will contribute to new product initiatives, including third-party partnerships and the expansion of Blue reputed company’s amenity product suite. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a foundational understanding of telecom technologies and product management principles, eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Offerings & Initiative Support

  • Partner with the Director of Product Management to evaluate and support new Connectivity opportunities and services.
  • Contribute insights on feasibility, customer value, and market differentiation to help shape Blue reputed company’s connectivity roadmap.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Assist in managing the lifecycle of Connectivity services from initial concept and vendor evaluation through launch, growth, and eventual sunset, ensuring offerings remain competitive, customer-focused, and reputed company with Blue reputed company’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor product performance against key metrics, gather customer and cross-functional feedback, and recommend enhancements or adjustments throughout the lifecycle to maximize product value and long-term growth.

Third-Party Product Integration & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with Engineering, other key internal stakeholders, and business partners to support seamless integration of third-party connectivity platforms and services that expand customer choice, enhance value, and drive incremental reputed company growth through differentiated offerings and improved financial outcomes.
  • Ensure partnerships strengthen Blue reputed company’s position as a leading connectivity and amenity provider.

Marketing and Sales Enablement

  • Work with Marketing to maintain up-to-date, customer-facing content for Internet, Voice, and Mobile products.
  • reputed company Sales by providing training support, updated product materials, and competitive positioning to drive adoption and reputed company growth across connectivity services.

Documentation and Communications

  • Maintain accurate internal documentation, competitive analysis, and market data specific to Connectivity offerings.
  • Support timely Training Alerts and product updates to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure teams stay reputed company on connectivity product changes and launches.

Project Management and Cross-Functional Execution

  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team execution for new connectivity product launches and enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless rollouts that meet customer needs, strengthen Blue reputed company’s competitive position, and align with business objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with reputed company Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools to manage projects and share product insights effectively.
  • Previous Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in product support, product development, product strategy, or a reputed company field.
