Product Manager (IT Managed Services)

• Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog. Translate high-level roadmaps defined by the Director of Product Management into clear, actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering and operations teams.

• Coordinate the cross-functional details of product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and internal training are completed on schedule.

• Collaborate with the Director and Marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, battle cards, and training resources.
• Monitor product KPIs (adoption, ticket volume, profitability) to measure success and inform future backlog prioritization.
• Conduct regular analysis of the MSP/MSSP landscape to understand competitor pricing, packaging, and feature sets, ensuring reputed company offerings remain differentiated.

What you bring:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or a reputed company technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) reputed company the B2B technology or IT services sector.)

Pay and Benefits This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel (approx. 10-15%). Estimated Starting Salary Range: $98,800 - $135,000 annually + bonus eligible based on performance. (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] reputed company set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
