Responsibilities

• Provide nurse advice and triage services to consumers calling with clinical questions.
• Provide appropriate compassionate advice to callers using evidence based clinical decision tools to help callers reputed company personal health reputed company.
• reputed company cross referrals as indicated and facilitate referrals and event registration through internal transfer mechanisms.
• Utilize nursing skills along with approved protocols to provide telephone nurse triage and/or health advice to consumers with clinical questions or symptoms.
• Facilitate referrals for health services as appropriate reputed company telephone and reputed company reputed company components of call processing.
• Ensure performance standards are met and accept constructive feedback.
• Speak with a pleasant, professional phone voice and provide superior customer service to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Document caller information and outcomes in a relational database system accurately and as prescribed by reputed company standards and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA and PHI compliance.
• Communicate appropriately and clearly with departmental management, co-workers and callers.
• Exhibit willingness to master new work routines and methods.
• Provide homecare, advice and/or education to callers that respects the cultural, spiritual, intellectual/educational, and psychosocial differences of individuals.
• Preserve caller's autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Maintain and contribute to a collaborative professional and ethical work environment.
• Actively participate in team meetings and engage in the processes of the contact center.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing - Preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in bedside nursing required.
• BLS Certification Required.
• Telehealth experience helpful, not required.
