Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps; familiarity with Shape Up or interest in adopting it is preferred as we move toward this model.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture (microservices, APIs, containerization).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and system integration.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, IoT, or data analytics (depending on the industry).
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong track record of strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Demonstrated success driving innovation and organizational transformation.
- Excellent change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
