- Deliver customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Quickly respond to customer requests as they reputed company through phone calls, or ticket creation by the customer
- Ability to work in a team
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of incidents or service requests reputed company, notifying them of impeding changes or agreed outages
- Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled reputed company agreed service levels
- Responsible for entering time as it occurs
- Ensure detailed service tickets are maintained for each service request
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs and documentation
- Report to Professional Services recommendation to reduce the amount of ticket
- IT support relating to technical issues involving reputed company's core business applications and operating systems, as well as virtual environments built on reputed company Hyper-V, Azure, and VMware
- Support services for reputed company reputed company technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, etc
- Support of reputed company solutions for customers including reputed company 365, Azure, and other software as a service application
- Support remote access solutions: VPN, RDP, Windows 365
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 10 am - 7 pm Central Time.
