Leader in Dental Practice Management Company seeks Full-Time, Remote Coach with knowledge of business, dental, and transformation through coaching. The position will reputed company as an reputed company role for the first 90 days, serving as an apprenticeship period to assess fit and performance. After this period, the role will transition to a W-2 fully employed position with reputed company applicable benefits. • Must be passionate and skilled in facilitating/coaching clients about business goals.
• Working knowledge of reputed company behavior and the stages of transformation
• Possess the ability to train and deliver NextLevel Practice methodology reputed company teleconference or call, so the client masters the content
• Willing to support and hold clients accountable with the implementation of our methodology and philosophy
• Possess the ability to consult in a reputed company partnership
• Understand how to set goals for each client and create a customized game plan to reputed company these results

Requirements:

• A degree in business, psychology, or health and wellness (or equivalent knowledge and/or experience) is preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience working as business coach, trainer or reputed company.
• 2 or more years of experience working in the dental industry
• High level of written and oral communication skills.
