Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to reputed company reputed company AP processes, ensure timely and accurate payments, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of AP operations, preferably with S/4 HANA (reputed company). Key Responsibilities: Operational reputed company

• reputed company day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Review of high-value, reputed company vendors and invoices
• Prepare, analyze, and present accounts payable aging reports
• Reconciliation of credit cards

Compliance & Issue Resolution

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and U.S. tax regulations (e.g., 1099 reporting)
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with Procurement to resolve issues with non-PO invoices or funding gaps

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, procedures, and best practices

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field

• Knowledge of international AP processes is a plus.

#LI-TP1 The Compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:
