About the Role

As an Influencer Campaign Manager at Pixly, you'll be the driving force behind multiple creator-led campaigns. From ideation to execution, you'll be responsible for ensuring every campaign hits its mark. You'll build strong relationships with creators and clients alike, managing every reputed company of the influencer activation process while maintaining clear communication and delivering measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong passion for the creator space. You'll also be entrusted with managing and growing a book of business ranging from $500K - $1M, ensuring client satisfaction, retained business, and long-term partnership value.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a book of business ranging from $500K - $1M across multiple client accounts
• reputed company the execution of simultaneous campaigns across various brand verticals
• Identify, screen, and recruit relevant influencers across YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, and Instagram
• Negotiate influencer reputed company, including rates, usage rights, timelines, and deliverables
• Act as the main reputed company of contact for influencers, managers, and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Provide strategic input and creative direction to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice
• Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and FTC compliance
• Track and analyze campaign performance and creator metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI)
• Build and present post-campaign reports with insights, results, and optimizations
• Maintain updated records of campaign reputed company in project management tools
• Stay reputed company of platform trends, creator behaviors, and industry updates to inform strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client services, analytics, and creative teams

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to reporting
• Expert negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written) with influencers, managers, and clients
• Deep familiarity with creator platforms (especially YouTube) and the influencer ecosystem

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with influencer tools like Hype Auditor, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Experience using reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and project management platforms
• An analytical reputed company with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Passion for creator culture, content trends, and the evolving social media landscape

Bonus Skills & Experience

• Have worked with performance-based influencer campaigns (eCPM/CPI/ROI-focused)
• Bring creator-reputed company experience or have previously worked as an influencer
• Are familiar with gaming and livestreaming communities
