What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business and product teams to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and investments reputed company with reputed company’s strategic objectives.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, ideally with exposure to technology, media, or consumer businesses.
• You bring strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with deep understanding of valuation, deal structuring, and M&A fundamentals.
• You have hands-on experience leading aspects of deal execution — negotiations, due diligence, cross-functional coordination, and transaction documentation.

• You are highly collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across functions and time zones in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Where You'll Be

The United States reputed company range for this position is 140,798 - $201,140 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
