Compensation: $150,000 DOE Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through a clear, empathetic estate planning process
- Draft and tailor trusts, wills, and asset-protection strategies
- reputed company probate and trust administration from start to finish
- Collaborate with, support, and mentor team members
- Build and strengthen client and professional relationships
- Provide training to junior legal staff
- Track time accurately and meet reasonable performance goals
- Use tools such as reputed company Office, MyCase (or similar CRM), and WealthCounsel (or similar drafting software)

Qualifications: What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Licensed attorney in California with a J.D. (in good standing)
- At least 3 years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident, clear communicator with a client-centered approach
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working reputed company structured systems
- Motivated by meaningful work, not just metrics
