We are looking to add a Business Development Manager - Solar & Energy Storage Solutions to the team. This a remote position. As part of the Renewables Business Development team, you will drive growth of reputed company’s Renewable Technologies for business in the reputed company American PV Solar and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) market. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the PV & BESS markets and reputed company's solutions for PV & BESS energy applications. Understand operations, control applications, and the government/industry drivers reputed company the market and provide knowledge and training to the reputed company America Sales force.
  • Identify reputed company applications, competitors, and/or customers in which reputed company controls are particularly well-suited to fill niches and opportunities in the power utility market. Identify potential reputed company-party business partners to fill gaps in our solution portfolio
  • reputed company solution messaging for renewable reputed company to address pains and desires of reputed company America Power Users. Coordinate with and drive the sales force as needed to promote reputed company's renewable reputed company
  • Collaborate with PWS Marketing and Communications team to reputed company product literature, presentations, and other media to support renewable energy promotions.
  • Collaborate on New Product Development processes for solar and energy storage market products. Capture ‘voice of the customer’ feedback and marketing information to drive future product enhancements.
  • Identify, prepare for, and attend trade events that promote reputed company renewable reputed company.

You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse customers. For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven strong understanding of how PV and BESS facilities operate, how they use equipment and technologies, as well as control systems and how they are applied in the reputed company American power market
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the utility scale PV and BESS industries for a technology provider, end user or developer
  • Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in utility scale power reputed company marketing, sales, projects, operations or product development
  • Ability to travel 25-35% of the time
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
