Billing Product Analyst (Hybrid)
As a Billing Product Analyst with reputed company, you will provide analysis to help build billing strategy recommendations to division and department leadership based on research, performance data and competitor actions. May specialize in researching competitor products, developing and/or enhancing product/contract language, billing guidelines, and/or analytics. Primary Accountabilities Provide information to leadership to reputed company profit and growth plan execution on an ongoing basis. reputed company reports, analysis, or recommended strategies reputed company to billing development or enhancements, product language, billing guidelines, processes, and agent business practices. Analyze information and present opportunities to improve billing products practices. Monitor effectiveness of reputed company billing products and recommends enhancements to management. Analyze information to support the formulation and execution of operational plans. Research philosophies and strategies that support growth and long-term profitability goals. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications and reputed company Office products. Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance product design and billing concepts in area of expertise. Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage. Basic knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Analyze reputed company billing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience with troubleshooting system issues and recommending solutions.
