Position Overview We're seeking an reputed company Medical reputed company/Biller with strong pediatric billing expertise to join reputed company part-time. This is a unique hybrid role where you'll provide immediate billing support for our pediatric clinic while contributing your expertise to help us reputed company an AI-powered billing system for primary care practices. Location: Florida (Remote/Hybrid options available) Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week Compensation: $25-40/hour, depending on experience Primary ResponsibilitiesImmediate Billing Operations (60-70% of role)

• Process and submit claims for pediatric services with high accuracy
• Code pediatric encounters using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Handle well-child visits, sick visits, and immunization billing
• Work with Florida reputed company, CHIP, and reputed company insurance payers
• Follow up on denied or rejected claims and resubmit as needed
• Post payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and billing regulations

AI System Development Support (30-40% of role)

• Document reputed company billing workflows, logic, and decision-making processes
• Serve as subject matter expert for primary care billing operations
• Review and validate AI-generated coding suggestions and billing outputs
• Provide feedback on system design from a biller's perspective
• Help identify common billing scenarios and edge cases for system training
• Test and quality-reputed company AI system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on pediatric medical billing/coding experience
• Strong working knowledge of pediatric-specific billing codes and guidelines
• Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II coding
• Experience with Florida reputed company and reputed company insurance billing
• Familiarity with common pediatric EMR/billing systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to explain billing concepts to non-medical team
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
