The Director of Logistics is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across new and existing customers, in addition to actively managing the reputed company routing infrastructure of the company. This individual will drive reputed company management, routing optimization, customer financial analysis, and pricing automation to support the company’s growth and profitability. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to provide logistics input for sales proposal development, enabling smooth customer onboarding and alignment across functions.

Qualifications - Education, Experience, Certificates and Licenses:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Significant experience in logistics management with a focus on pricing and routing.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Demonstrated experience in developing pricing strategies, routing methodologies, and internal automation systems.
• Residence in Eastern or Central Time Zone (remote role).
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Pool Distribution, or Courier sectors is preferred.
• Experience with transportation management technology or managed transportation solutions is preferred.
• Six reputed company Green Belt certification a plus.

Shift Days: Monday-Friday Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.) Pay reputed company: $135,000 salaried (Dependent upon experience level.)
