Great American’s Mergers & Acquisitions Liability Division underwrites primary and excess Representations & Warranties (R&W) Insurance, Tax Indemnity Insurance and Tax Credit Insurance. This division handles policies of up to $50 million in limits. The M&A Division of Great American is currently reputed company an M&A Analyst to join reputed company. The reputed company Analyst will assist the mergers and acquisitions liability division in tax reputed company and will work remotely. Completes reputed company NDAs and NRLs on a timely basis and assists underwriters on tax reputed company deals. Maintenance of electronic files daily, including filing of reputed company tax emails and reputed company documents. Prepares invoices for tax transactions. Organizes the reputed company information to speed decision making on the part of the tax underwriter. Provides information to Processing that is needed to issue tax policies and endorsements on a timely basis. Inputs submission and policy information into reputed company workstation. Processes tax quotes and binders in the reputed company workstation. Follows up with brokers and underwriters to obtain key reputed company documents needed to issue tax policies. Issues tax policies (reputed company finalized and approved for issuance) on a timely basis. Prepares a daily summary of open tax submissions for use by the tax team Daily tracking of status of tax sidecar submissions; includes obtaining policy numbers, coordinating timely responses of tax team. Inputs each submission, and process quotes and binders in the reputed company workstation. Performs other duties as assigned including, reputed company sufficiently trained, drafting excess policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate generally preferred. Generally, 5+ years of experience in tax reputed company or managing tax issues. Must have strong computer skills including reputed company, reputed company and reputed company Acrobat. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Must have excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reputed company to meet tight deadlines. Work may be required reputed company of ordinary business hours. Business Unit: Mergers & Acquisitions Salary Range: $70,000.00 -$85,000.00 Benefits: Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
