A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of investment banking experience ; MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely reputed company experience Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell-reputed company M&A Ability to reputed company junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations Analytical and financial modeling skills Client Management skills Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholder Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential As a leading investment bank, we reputed company growth and reputed company for our clients through deep sector expertise, reputed company advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture. The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement reputed company this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
