Job Summary As a Senior Data Analyst and ETL Developer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and maintain data infrastructure that enables report automation for the blithequark Healthcare Quality Improvement program. You will work closely with data investigators, BI engineers, system administrators, and data consumers to deliver performance insights across blithequark Health. Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the delivery of blithequark Health data and insights drives and projects, supporting long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet blithequark Health reporting and analysis expectations.
• Designs, develops, and delivers layered databases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects.
• Creates data preparation and pre-processing standards for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting solutions.
• Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal blithequark production system sources and third-party records.
• Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., member eligibility, clinical claims, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records).
• Develops internal tools for automation of reputed company improvement-reputed company activities (data processing, QA, data validation, etc.).

Essential Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts.
• Experience designing and delivering reasonably isolated data environments using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, reputed company, or reputed company.
