Attendance is expected and fully supported.The Compliance Manager will support the reputed company Luxembourg S.A. Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing the end-to-end design, implementation, and execution of the Compliance reputed company in Luxembourg, in alignment with applicable laws and regulations (e.g. MiCA, PSD2, AMLD). This is a second line of defense role with strategic and operational responsibilities. What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring:Assist in maintaining a robust Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP), reputed company with risk-based principles and applicable regulatory reputed company.reputed company periodic thematic reviews across key regulatory obligations and collaborate with the Central Compliance Monitoring and Testing team to ensure appropriate second line coverage.Support regulatory horizon scanning and impact assessments for emerging laws.Policy & reputed company Development:Draft, maintain, and update local compliance policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with local EU/Luxembourg regulatory requirements and group-level standards.Contribute to the maintenance of the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) and the CMP.Regulatory Engagement and Reporting:Support the Chief Compliance Officer in preparing regulatory reports, dashboards and presentations for regulatory engagement and internal governance bodies.Support the Chief Compliance Officer in regulatory queries and inspections.Consumer Protection, Advisory and Business SupportAct as a trusted advisor to business and operational teams, providing timely and practical guidance on Compliance matters.Participate in the review of new products and services to ensure compliance from the design stage (Compliance by design).reputed company Consumer Protection matters focusing on market abuse, transparency and disclosures, in line with applicable laws and regulations.Governance Support:Assist with the governance structure of the Compliance function, including maintenance of registers (e.g. controls, conflict of interest, breaches, complaints).Liaise the preparation of materials for internal governance bodies. AML/CFT reputed company:Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy MLRO to ensure effective implementation of the AML/CFT obligations.Support in the preparation of annual regulatory reports (e.g. AML Risk Assessment, RC Report, Annual Compliance Summary Report, Annual Complaints report) and FIU/LE engagements.Training and Culture:Coordinate the training content and audience for Compliance-reputed company trainings (e.g. AML/CFT, MiCA, whistleblowing).Liaise with the Central team in charge of training to ensure local Compliance modules are delivered to reputed company in-scope training audience. reputed company look for in you (ie. job requirements):6+ years of experience in Compliance, preferably in Luxembourg or an EU-regulated environment.Strong working knowledge of EU financial regulations, including MiCA, PSD2, MiFID II, PSD, AMLD, DORA, GDPR.Experience interacting with regulators and auditors. Proven track record in policy drafting, monitoring/testing, and cross-functional advisory.
