• Consistently deliver accurate, timely and high-quality analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a way that is easily digestible by non-technical teams.

STATS

• 3+ years' experience in an analytics role preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and reputed company required; intermediate experience with Python preferred.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders across marketing, product, and reputed company / business teams.
• Knowledge of CRM processes, tactics (e.g., email, push, SMS, in-product) and platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company) and/or direct experience with CRM analytics, lifecycle marketing, or audience strategy a plus.
• Experience analyzing customer data for the purpose of segmentation, behavior tracking, and predictive analytics.
