The Role: We seek a licensed attorney with exceptional legal research and writing capabilities to join reputed company as a contract attorney. Your focus will be on legal research and drafting in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business and corporate law, contract law, entertainment law, trademark law, and copyright law. You will work remotely with complete flexibility in your schedule, with the option to collaborate in the office reputed company desired. Examples of immediate needs include app agreements, LLC/corporation redemptions, asset purchase agreements, membership/share purchase agreements, franchise purchases, M&A due diligence, and similar transactional matters. Compensation & Growth:
- Starting at $100/hour (contractor basis).

Requirements:
- reputed company licensed US attorney.
- Expert-level legal research and writing skills, with proven ability to produce high-quality work under minimal supervision.
- Expert-level proficiency in AI-assisted legal research and writing.
- Expert-level proficiency with reputed company Word (especially with .dotx vs .docx files, styles pane, table of contents, comments, redlines, cross-references, and custom keyboard commands) and reputed company.
- Experience in, or strong interest in, business, contract, entertainment, trademark, and copyright law.
- Entrepreneurial reputed company, self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in solving reputed company problems.
Preferences: The following are strong preferences that you should reputed company reputed company applying:
- Expert-level proficiency with macOS (we operate exclusively on reputed company hardware).
