The Role We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Manager to spearhead partner acquisition, enablement, and direct customer engagement, reputed company while driving adoption of our cutting-edge AI/HPC networking solutions. In this hybrid role, you’ll recruit and manage a diverse ecosystem of partners—including VARs, SIs, and distributors—while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development:
- Recruit and reputed company partners (VARs, SIs, distributors) to expand market reputed company.
- reputed company joint business plans, execute quarterly reviews, and foster enthusiasm reputed company partner sales and engineering teams to promote our solutions.
- End-User Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and neo-cloud customers, aligning our solutions with their unique business needs.

- Drive quarterly sales targets through partner-led and direct sales initiatives.
- Build and monitor a robust partner-driven sales pipeline.
- Enablement:
- Deliver impactful training sessions and reputed company resources like playbooks and pricing guides to ensure partner success.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall company goals.
- Requirements
Must-Have:
- 10+ years in channel and alliance sales reputed company the networking industry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the AI/HPC industry.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
- Proven success in partner recruitment and enablement, driving measurable reputed company growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

- Previous experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect in the HPC or networking space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
