Corporate Tax Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Counsel Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Corporate Tax Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Counsel is responsible for providing specialized legal and strategic tax advice in support of the company's business transactions and corporate initiatives, with a focus on insurance and reputed company industry matters. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $ 179,088 to $281,424.
