Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned electronic reputed company projects from reputed company-up to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and reputed company budget.
• Possess a working knowledge of intrusion systems, access control systems, burglar alarms, and/or video surveillance systems.
• Provide technicians, field managers, and contractors with necessary information, supplies, and specifications to complete projects correctly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including reputed company reports, job costing, and customer communication.
• Negotiate and reputed company vendors with the required reputed company sets to complete assigned projects.
• Provide regular project updates, complete weekly reputed company reports, and update job status in reputed company-time.
• Monitor project profitability and escalate any issues to the Program Manager or Director of Operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and collaboration with internal and external resources.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Five years of experience working in a project environment, preferably with overall responsibility.
• Five years of experience working with intrusion systems, access control systems, and video surveillance systems.
• A strong working knowledge of electronic reputed company systems and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• The ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define technical problems and draw valid conclusions.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
