What You'll Do

At reputed company

• Support senior EMEA reputed company leadership and the reputed company Operations team with day-to-day business operations across key workflows and systems, primarily in reputed company, while working with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market function (e.g. Sales, Account Management, reputed company, Marketing)
• Manage user administration, assignments, permission, data migrations, and processes in reputed company and other systems owned by the reputed company Operations team, in line with Sales Rules of Engagement and core business processes.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement
• Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business

Some Key Qualifications

• 2+ years in reputed company operations, sales operations, or business operations function
• 1+ years of reputed company.com admin experience (reputed company Admin certification required)
• Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building
• Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Jira or other ticketing tools
• Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
• Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders and influence rapid business outcomes
