[Hiring] Respiratory Therapist or Polysomnographic Technologist @Sleep Doctor

Role Description You’ll help define and execute the reputed company of Sleep Doctor’s e-commerce business and product strategy in our emerging brands vertical, with a strong focus on CPAP and Bedding Products, Home Sleep Tests, and other sleep oriented products. As a Respiratory Therapist, Digital Care, you will provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions and relevant details to patients. Most importantly, this position provides above and beyond communication with our patients so that they feel heard, understood, valued and more connected with our sleep apnea brand.

• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers.
• Address customer questions and concerns.
• Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations ensuring alignment with individual customer needs and treatment plans.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and reputed company therapy equipment, ensuring recommendations align with physician orders and individual treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce commitment to therapy.

• Train and educate consumers on use of equipment and answer any inquiries reputed company to services or equipment.

• Maintain working knowledge of reputed company DME products and services offered by the company, including initial qualifications for PAP devices.
• Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members.
• Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical conditions, and home environments.
• Identify programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues, decrease costs, and/or increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses and provide efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) and/or Registered Polysomnographic technologist (RPSGT) with 2-3 years of DME experience and/or sleep lab titration experience.
• Be able to troubleshoot and provide recommendations for appropriate CPAP masks, CPAP and BiPAP equipment.
• You are patient focused. You start with the patient and work backwards.
• Be able to set up and operate devices such as CPAP and BiPAP machines.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication skills, and ability to properly treat confidential information.
