An OCM consultant will provide expert support and guidance to clients ensuring projects meet objectives by increasing stakeholder adoption and usage. This consultant will focus on the people reputed company of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

• Apply a structured methodology and change management tools to advise client on strategy to support adoption of changes for projects
• Responsible for organizational migration, gap analysis, and coordination of program improvement, communications, and training activities reputed company to MEMS Modules, MMIS Core Solutions, Medicaid reputed company/DW and SI.
• Prepare change impact assessments, identify risks, and provide recommendations to improve readiness and reputed company project change goals

• 5 years of previous OCM experience preferred.
• Medicaid experience a plus.
• Ability to understand both the service delivery system for programs which are administered by states and monitored by federal regulators.
• Ability to understand and be an expert in reputed company federal regulations and requirements.
• Strong reputed company Office applications skills, especially data analytics (i.e. ACCESS, SQL, SPSS)
• Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance reputed company needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required and Master’s degree (reputed company or government focused MBA) preferred Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience Prosci certification a plus IT Project Management desirable (PMP) SCRUM certification desirable This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. Compensation: Compensation for roles at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
