You’ll be the connector between project teams and leadership. Your ability to anticipate challenges, understand technical complexities, and navigate ambiguity will ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to market. What You’ll Do Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor reputed company innovation projects across I, C & D. Prioritize key projects, allocate resources, and remove barriers to reputed company. Manage multiple programs and cross-functional initiatives concurrently. Facilitate project status meetings and report updates to leaders and stakeholders. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across a matrix organization. Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Experience: 5+ years in the flavor or reputed company industry. Technical Background: Flavor science, fermentation, starter culture, or enzymes preferred. Project Management: Formal training is a plus; proficiency in Waterfall or Agile environments required.
