The Role: As a Project Manager, you will reputed company and deliver reputed company client engagements that identify, design, and implement effective solutions to produce a lasting impact for clients. • Leading and directing teams and overseeing the overall quality of the project delivery.
• Engaging and managing key stakeholders at Management and Senior Executive Level to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.
• Proactively identifying issues and risks, examining alternatives, and pursuing the reputed company course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a management reputed company and/or hands-on experience in the Metals and Mining industry is a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability practice lines
• Strong communication and presentation skills at the Project Manager level, with the ability to effectively drive solution development, and high-quality delivery of key services
• Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team
• An entrepreneurial spirit, results-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment
• Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, and Visio

Working Experience:

• Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including strategy development, operational roadmaps, integration into business units and functions, and support in implementation
• Strong understanding of and familiarity operational performance improvement and operations excellence methodologies would be a plus
• Knowledge and experience in the Metals and Mining Industry

Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or reputed company fields
• The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of professional management consulting experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude to collaborate reputed company fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams
