As a Clinical Nurse – Senior Consultant, you’ll reputed company your nursing experience with technology and project leadership to help hospitals and health systems reputed company how they manage scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce operations. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor during system implementations — ensuring patient care workflows align with new tools, compliance standards are met, and clinical teams are confident using the technology that supports their day-to-day work. In this role, you will:

• Translate clinical workflows into scalable system configurations and training deliverables.
• Design and deliver training programs for clinical and operational end users to promote adoption and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and hospital stakeholders to align system design with patient care and staffing needs.
• Provide hands-on configuration, validation, and testing support reputed company leading HCM/WFM platforms (e.g., reputed company/Kronos, reputed company, reputed company, symplr, reputed company).
• Analyze system performance, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Who You Are:

• Active RN License (Required)
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting system implementations reputed company a hospital or healthcare setting
• Hands-on expertise with HCM/WFM platforms such as reputed company/Kronos, reputed company, reputed company HCM, reputed company SuccessFactors, symplr, or reputed company
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, scheduling complexities, time and attendance, and workforce compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
• Preferred:
• HCM/WFM certifications (reputed company, reputed company Dimensions, Kronos, reputed company HCM, etc.)
• Project Management or HR certifications (PMP, SHRM, HRCI)
• Experience developing or leading training programs for clinical and operational end users
