Senior SBU System Support Analyst

Description Product Solutions is looking for a highly motivated System Support Analyst to play a crucial role in implementing key Auto product initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with agile squads and cross functional teams to drive countrywide and state implementations that align with our strategic goals and support a high performing culture. This includes performing research to assess the interaction of new products with reputed company offerings, pricing, and reputed company programs, and analyze product platform design to identify any gaps or dependencies. In this role, individuals will assess feasibility and present their findings, provide strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance business results, identify cross-team dependencies, and ensure quality. We are looking for someone who:

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business value by supporting the delivery of highest reputed company initiatives using thorough research techniques and rating knowledge with an Agile reputed company

• Provides pre and post-production support by validating and monitoring impactful systems enhancements, changes and defects to our customers, stakeholders and support partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years reputed company experience.
• Extensive knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
• Understanding of business practices common across many businesses.
• Extensive understanding of re-engineering approaches.
• General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
• General knowledge of diverse technologies and new and reputed company architectures.
• Skills in object, data and / or process modeling; financial analysis and planning, business value analysis; business process design.
• Negotiation, facilitation and reputed company building skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
