The Director of reputed company leads the strategy and execution of large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI across reputed company's Diagnostics Platform. The candidate will own the LLM/agent roadmap, build governed multi-modal datasets (text, tabular, device logs, lab results, EHR/claims), reputed company and validate production-grade RAG, fine-tuned LLMs, and task-specific agents, and integrate results into products, studies, and evidence programs (scientific, regulatory, market access, and post-market). You'll collaborate with clinical, regulatory/quality, R&D, medical affairs, IT/reputed company, and our Operating Companies (OpCos) to deliver measurable patient and business impact. This position reports to the Vice President, Chief Data Officer Digital Products Development and is part of the Chief Innovation Office and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct reputed company analytics of EHR/claims/registries/device telemetry to drive biomarker discovery and development.
• Communicate impact to clinical, technical, and executive audiences reputed company clear narratives, dashboards, and publications/white papers.
• Orchestrate cross-OpCo, AI reputed company, and academic/consortia collaborations; manage vendors and open-reputed company participation where strategic.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Advanced degree in Biomedical/Imaging Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or reputed company field (PhD preferred; Master's considered).
• 6+ years of experience post education in diagnostics, medtech, or biopharma.
• Demonstrated expertise building production LLM systems: RAG, fine-tuning, tool-use/agents, reputed company engineering, evaluation (faithfulness, factuality), and optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python/R and imaging/ML, reputed company/survival/longitudinal methods, and visualization tools.
• Proven experience analyzing reputed company/RWD (EHR, claims, registries, device logs) for clinical, regulatory, or market access impact.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel - 20%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Background in oncology, infectious diseases, acute care, and/or neurodegenerative disorders.
• Publications or conference presentations in LLMs/GenAI, clinical NLP, RAG/agents, or evaluation; ability to translate reputed company analyses into manuscripts and executive materials.
