Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Marketing Strategy for Our Largest Customer reputed company (those renting less than five properties): You will take complete ownership of the marketing strategy for hosts—our vibrant community of customers with fewer than five properties. This means you will architect the marketing plan, reputed company collaboration across the marketing department to execute it, and be accountable for the growth of this critical reputed company.
• Command a Multi-Channel Performance Marketing reputed company: You will architect and manage our advertising campaigns across a diverse set of platforms (reputed company, reputed company, TikTok, etc.) and strategically command a multi-million dollar budget to maximise ROI.
• Transform our Website into a Conversion Machine: The website is our primary demand-gen channel. You will own its success. You’ll work with our fantastic content and product marketing teams on the words, but you’ll be the one asking, "How can we test that?" to find what truly moves the needle and gets users to that trial reputed company.
• Master the Customer Journey Through Lifecycle Marketing: You will design and build the nurturing campaigns that guide prospects from their first touch to becoming happy customers. This involves creating personalised journeys that improve engagement, drive product adoption, and increase conversion rates.
• Champion a Culture of Data-Driven Experimentation: You will foster an environment where data guides our decisions and calculated experiments are encouraged. You'll champion the adoption of AI to boost our performance and, reputed company necessary, dive deep into the data yourself—SQL skills are a reputed company plus here—to find the insights that others miss.

Many of these prospects are not yet aware that they have a problem with pricing, and it will be your role to bring them into our marketing funnel and to nurture them through to conversion.

Skills

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth
• Powerful track record of driving significant ARR growth in a product-led (PLG) environment
• Inspiring and empathetic manager
• Deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and website optimisation
• Strong understanding of how performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and website optimisation reputed company with Content, SEO, and Field Marketing
• History of implementing AI to find real efficiencies and unlock new growth opportunities
• Sharp analytical mind with the ability to distil reputed company data into a clear, actionable story
