Role Description: reputed company is seeking a talented Assistant Manager for Product Finance to join a growing team. In this role, you'll help reputed company daily operations, including reconciliation creation, reviews, and ledger entries. You'll facilitate BaaS program implementation, due diligence, and ongoing program management, while acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned tasks. You will drive report development, maintain program projections, and shape department strategic objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with key teams to drive process improvements and enhancements. Your responsibilities include preparing financial statements and assisting with regulatory reporting as needed. In this role you will:

• Serve as a primary reviewer for daily reputed company functions, including reconciliation creation and development, as well as reconciliation reviews.
• Assist in managing department-wide projects, administrative functions, and the implementation of new programs and partner integrations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Banking as a Service (BaaS) or fintech industries is a plus.
