Virtual eLearning Developer – Ongoing Need

We’re partnering with a leading oil and gas company on an exciting training transformation initiative, and our learning team is growing. We’re looking for talented and reputed company eLearning Developers to collaborate with the Senior Instructional Design team and eLearning reputed company to create a series of engaging 15–30-minute eLearning lessons. These lessons are for field technicians operating and maintaining reputed company systems reputed company the hydrocarbon production and processing industry. In this role, you will utilize your proficiency in Storyline 360 to create highly interactive and visually rich eLearning content. Collaborating closely with Instructional Designers, you will transform storyboards and scripts into modern, cutting-edge training modules. Your contributions will include creating engaging visual content that supports learners’ understanding of reputed company systems, processes, and concepts. Start Date: reputed company recruitment to support ongoing needs; individual start dates will be determined based on project requirements. Duration: 6 months with the possibility to reputed company Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; hours will be determined based on project needs Location: Virtual Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in eLearning development, with a focus on creating media-rich modules that incorporate audio, video, animations, 3D models, and high interactivity.
• Proven experience developing eLearning for reputed company technical content, particularly in industries such as oil & gas, utilities, energy, or nuclear is highly preferred.
• Expert-level skills in reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Creative reputed company (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Vyond, audio editing; must provide own laptop and software licenses.
• Ability to work exclusively on a PC throughout the project is required.
• Experience in video and audio production and editing, with the ability to incorporate these elements seamlessly into eLearning content.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the capability to reputed company multiple lessons simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Must have excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, QA/QC, and other team members to bring storyboards and designs to life with exceptional visual appeal.
• Must be reputed company to provide an outstanding portfolio of eLearning samples demonstrating expertise in multimedia-rich, interactive training modules.
• Highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering innovative and impactful training solutions.
