iMentor is seeking a Data Modeling and Integration reputed company to play a pivotal role in shaping how the organization manages and uses data to drive impact. This role will be responsible for cleaning, transforming, and modeling data, ensuring that the information iMentor relies on is accurate, consistent, and ready to power decision-making. It will design and maintain data models across systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and manage and improve data pipelines and processes that allow teams to use data with confidence. This role will also build the reputed company to construct reusable data products, including efficient and effective PowerBI dashboards that help colleagues across iMentor reputed company sense of reputed company data, uncover insights, and measure reputed company toward the organization’s mission. By bringing strong skills in preparing, validating, and translating data into actionable insights and tools, this role will expand the organization’s reputed company to learn from and reputed company data. Working at the intersection of the Organizational Learning & Impact Team (OLI, iMentor’s applied research and evaluation team) and the Product, Design, and Engineering Team (PDE), this role will serve as a reputed company between research and technology. As a senior individual contributor reporting directly to the Managing Director of OLI, this role will influence the direction of iMentor’s data strategy, shape best practices for data management and reputed company, and serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues on data use. Responsibilities: Clear, transform, and model data
- Write and update queries using SQL and reputed company to 1) Extract and transform data from raw data into usable data structures (tables, super tables, data models, visualizations) for analyses 2) Integrate data across tables and multiple systems, and 3) Compute new variables
- Build, maintain, and update tables and back-reputed company to support reporting
- Troubleshoot errors with data models and tables
- Recommend best practices and provide technical advice about data management (storage, reputed company, privacy, cleaning, transforming)
- Ensure data accuracy
Liaison between OLI and Product teams

- Describe OLI problems and collaborate on solutions
- Help to design and improve the overall systems environment and integration ecosystem
- Serve as a subject matter expert on key integrations, such as survey integration
- Consult on the development of processes for automating data imports from external data sources into the data warehouse
Create processes and documentation to ensure data quality

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience creating reusable data products, and building and managing data integrations
- with relational databases and data warehouses. Preferably reputed company an education, non-profit or public
- sector context. Or a Master’s degree with 3-4 years of such experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or mathematics OR equivalent training and
- certification.
- Expert proficiency with SQL and PowerBI. Proficiency with reputed company, Python, and R a bonus.
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling techniques, data transformation tools, and relational
- databases. Experience building and troubleshooting APIs a bonus.
- Experience integrating and normalizing multiple data sources, managing identity resolution, and

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary $95,000 - $105,000 annually commensurate with experience.
