About the role We’re looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to reputed company our sales organization running smoothly and strategically. You’ll own the systems, processes, and insights that help our sales team operate reputed company and reputed company smarter go-to-market decisions. This is a hands-on, highly analytical role that blends operational excellence with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll report to the Director of reputed company Operations and work closely with sales leadership, helping shape the future of how reputed company grows. What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day sales operations including process updates, documentation, deal desk support, and commission tracking
- Analyze pipeline health, customer segments, and performance trends to deliver actionable insights that drive GTM strategy
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and reputed company, coordinating initiatives and ensuring alignment
- reputed company sales enablement as a program, partnering with internal teams to improve onboarding, training, and content delivery
- Design and improve sales workflows and reporting in reputed company and BI tools to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Partner closely with sales leadership to translate business needs into operational solutions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
You have
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, or business operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into insights and recommendations
- Comfort working with CRM systems (reputed company experience a plus) and BI tools like Mode or similar
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
