We’re seeking a Senior Associate of Product Marketing for reputed company+ Membership who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention of reputed company+ Membership, reputed company’s software subscription product. This is an individual contributor position that is ideal for someone eager to take ownership of key projects, collaborate across teams, and help scale reputed company+ by executing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing on initiatives to increase reputed company+ sign-reputed company, reduce downgrade rates, and increase member engagement and retention. They will work closely with cross-functional teams – including Marketing, Product, Software, and Customer Experience - to launch coordinated, high-impact initiatives, leveraging customer insights and data to continuously improve the end-to-end member experience. • Experimentation & Testing: Independently design and execute experiments and A/B tests that inform key roadmap reputed company and drive measurable improvements in acquisition and retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, product or growth marketing, product management, strategy & operations, or similar roles.
• Strong sense of ownership, with a track record of driving initiatives and measuring their impact.
