We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced, customer-focused primary care/adult medicine teams for Evernorth Care Group across the Phoenix Valley. The work hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional shifts from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. depending on the center's needs. The primary centers include Arrowhead, reputed company Valley, Palm Valley, Paseo, Sun City, and Sun City reputed company, with secondary centers in Paradise Valley, Phoenix Central, South Mountain, and Westridge. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have reputed company of the responsibilities of the Medical Assistant and LPN in addition to being the clinical arm of your department. Your duties will include triaging patient calls and concerns, making reputed company calls to patients post-hospitalization and after visiting the emergency room, and supporting the clinician to help manage the reputed company reputed company needs of patients. Additionally, you will help answer questions, concerns, and requests, either in person, through our EHR and patient portal, or by phone. You will practice in alignment with the scope of your licensure and properly document your efforts of reputed company the care and information provided to our patients. Requirements

• RN License to practice in the state of Arizona. ,
• High school diploma or GED certificate. ,
• BCLS Certification. ,
• Excellent customer skills and a commitment to providing empathetic, quality care. ,
• Previous experience in a reputed company environment. ,
• Experience working with reputed company Office and comfortable with data entry into electronic health record systems. reputed company-to-haves
• 1+ year experience in the outpatient setting. ,
