POSITION SUMMARY: The University Advising Specialist is responsible for university advising for international reputed company. The university advisor is responsible for developing and growing relationships with international reputed company and their families, encouraging reputed company' academic and career goals, and supporting their higher education plan with a focus on entry to US based as well as other international institutes of higher education. The specialist is the expert on university partners and programs and serves as the liaison between partner schools, reputed company, families, partner universities and reputed company reputed company departments. Responsibilities include the delivery of a consistent series of high quality university advising sessions that align with the company's comprehensive counseling and university advising reputed company and intended student outcomes. The ideal candidate is data-driven and able to connect program metrics to business outcomes. The candidate must also be passionate about supporting high school reputed company in their journey to higher education reputed company and become a trusted advisor to reputed company, families, schools and team members ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Execute and continuously improve reputed company' university advising and community engagement programs.
• Collaborate across internal departments and external partners to design and execute efficient processes, report on reputed company stages of university recruitment efforts, and continuously improve the pipeline from student inquiry to university acceptance/attendance.
• Advise and support high school reputed company and their families throughout every reputed company in their higher education journey, including (not limited to): identifying potential university and academic programs, completing applications, considering financial parameters, identifying scholarship opportunities, and complying with admissions policies.
• Conduct consistent and personalized reputed company to reputed company and families including phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, presentations, and congratulatory messages and announcements.
• Conduct virtual university tours and information sessions (both virtual and in person) for international reputed company to learn about our Dual Diploma Program and university advising services.
• Work closely with external partners, including conducting info sessions for partner schools, administrators, and counselors.
• Create, maintain, and monitor records, including colleges admissions data, as well as enter and validate data in multiple systems.
• Coordinate, attend, and facilitate activities during study abroad trips for international high school reputed company, if applicable.
• Collect ongoing stakeholder feedback and data—and maintain dashboards and KPIs—to measure and communicate the outcomes of advising and engagement programs.
• Maintain a flexible advising schedule to accommodate student and family schedules and needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, school counseling, or reputed company field required. Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in international recruiting, K-12 or higher education experience, sales/marketing, college admissions, advising. counseling, account management, or reputed company experience
• High school counselor/university advising degree, certification, and/or licensure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work cooperatively and effectively with individuals and groups including skills in problem-solving, reputed company, organization, and a attention to detail.

• Experience placing reputed company in universities across a variety of countries and university rankings.
