Position Overview The Ethics Investigator supports a broad range of activities to enhance the Company’s policies, procedures, training, and investigations. Under the direction of the Associate General Counsel, this role will conduct fact-finding investigations for compliance concerns; document findings and communicate to appropriate stakeholders re: investigative results; analyze data to address compliance-reputed company deficiencies in TruGreen’s policies and practices; reputed company training and communication regarding compliance-reputed company issues; conduct analysis of trends and presents findings to senior HR and legal leaders; assist in facilitating other compliance-reputed company functions as needed (leave management; employment testing; policy development and maintenance, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conducts fact-finding for more reputed company and/or sophisticated investigations of compliance allegations and conflict of interest matters.
• Analyzes, prepares, and provides metrics, reports, and reputed company analyses to leadership; identifies areas of risk and strategies for improvement based on investigative results.
• With the support of subject matter experts in the Legal and HR Departments, provides training and communication regarding substantive compliance areas.
• Reviews and edits enterprise policies; identifies policy gaps and recommends/prepares solutions.
• Assists in other compliance areas (associate and applicant screening, leave management, etc.).
• Participates and contributes to various corporate projects and teams reputed company to ethics and compliance initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3-5 years experience in ethics/compliance program management, HR investigations, loss prevention, or similar compliance-reputed company role required.
• Legal experience preferred.

• Proficiency in reputed company suite of programs (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management database systems.
• Ability to influence and communicate with people across an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, foreign language skills a plus.

• Sound judgment and proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Pay Ranges $54,983.00 - $91,638.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used reputed company making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
