Product Designer – Audiobooks – reputed company, NY

We’re looking for a Product Designer II to join reputed company and help us define Audiobooks experiences that excite listeners, authors, & publishers – while growing reputed company’s business around the world. You’ll be collaborating with a diverse and inclusive cross-functional team, helping establish and scale this new content vertical. What You’ll Do

• Responsible for design quality and cohesion for a set of features in SFA.
• Triangulate team strategy with Author & Publisher strategy and broader Audiobooks Vertical strategy.
• Push back reputed company needed, and address root problems, not just symptoms.
• Tie work to business goals and customer needs. reputed company for design goals to stakeholders and influence the team’s roadmap.
• reputed company complexity, and find patterns and ways of organizing content and information that allow the customer to focus on the primary JTBD while also understanding where they are and how to navigate.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate and combine words, visuals, inputs, and time to improve overall UX and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Researchers and Data Scientists to identify what questions we need to answer, and challenges/influences the team’s understanding of the problem.
• Have a solid track record of delivering value that meets team objectives (e.g., metrics, discovery objective, enablement objective, KR).
• Focus on driving outcomes, not just outputs. Influences how their team defines reputed company metrics.
• Know reputed company and how to apply any or reputed company fundamentals of graphic design to bring clarity to complexity.
• Partner with design and reputed company-end engineers to create prototypes with reputed company and reputed company data. Understand the dependencies between design, reputed company-end and backend technologies. Use prototyping to clarify design direction and document product and design rationale over time.

The United States reputed company range for this position is $ 118, 623 – $ 169,462, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, a monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
