Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for facilitating inbound and outbound interactions reputed company telephone, email, and live chat to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service through demonstration of reputed company and expertise in general customer service, and blithequark product knowledge. You will foster trust in every interaction and maximize customer satisfaction to grow and maintain customer relationships, and guarantee repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally

  • Communicate with customers verbally, by text, and by email correspondence

Required Skills & Abilities

• HVAC & Plumbing knowledge preferred
