Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
• Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and projects to ensure business needs are being met
• Drive compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing outcomes; and implementing changes

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
